What does a typical yacht charter include?
Each charter comes with a professional crew, safety gear, fuel, and light refreshments. Details differ by service type — sunset cruises feature premium non-alcoholic beverages and hors d'oeuvres, while corporate charters provide conference facilities and corporate catering choices.
What is the recommended lead time for a booking?
We suggest reserving your charter a minimum of 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly in peak months (May through September). For corporate events and private celebrations, planning 4–6 weeks ahead secures better availability and time for customization.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Safety remains our priority. If conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, we can reschedule to the next available date or issue a full refund. We monitor forecasts closely and will reach out 24 hours prior to departure if conditions look doubtful.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks. We also provide superb catering and can tailor menus to your preferences. Please note that glass containers are not allowed aboard for safety reasons.
Are yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We strive to accommodate all guests. Some vessels have better accessibility features than others. Please reach out when booking to discuss specific needs, and we will recommend the most suitable yacht and arrange any necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
